You know, I have a custom vinyl guy here.... does really good work. I was thinking about doing something to my side markers with a vinyl overlay as I'n ot keen on spenig $125 on replacements with smoked lenses.

Maybe a silver overlay like my stripes with knockouts. In the front it will say 2LT and in the back it'll say RS.

Waddaya think?

As long as he can make them perforated, so the light shines through to keep them legal, I think it would look GREAT!
I had the sidemarker blackouts from the Camaro decal store, and they only made the sidemarkers stand out more.. on a red car, they kind of blend in already. (not a waste, though - they came in a full set which included the tail light blackout...)

Morning Linda.... no the wind died down last night just as we were leaving the cruise. It's actually real nice this morning....

It was icky-windy here yesterday and even more so this morning, so I'm skipping Cars N Coffee. It doesn't matter how clear or nice the temps are, when it's windy it's not nice at all. No point in washing my car until the wind stops as it'll just be covered with a fine layer of dust all over again.

That's everyday here. Tough to keep them clean with the dust. I get more concerned when it is really blowing that it will sand blast the paint and glass.....
