Wish I could have gone crusing today but its cloudy with passing showers. I took advantage of the crappy weather however and stayed in the garage and painted the calipers on the Camaro. I used G2 orange I will post up a couple of pics tomorrow after I get the tires back on.

It was BEAUTIFUL! There were 6 of us, and we went out to the Olympic Peninsula and took the twisty roads out to Neah Bay. Steve Dallas has a GoPro, so he'll be posting video in the NW subforum pretty soon (said he needs to recharge the battery first). This is the route we - me, Steve Dallas, M3NTA7, keving2873, camarossowner and his son (in his 2002 racing Camaro, dang that thing is LOUD!) - took:








I'll be putting some pictures up soon, too.

The sure sign of my age, though??? All the footwork required driving a manual transmission through really twisty roads for hours and hours made my feet hurt. mainly my big toe - wonder if it's gout (it affects big toes more than other joints)? Skyman, does your gout hurt worse from driving???

Finished up the caliper painting project this morning. It's not perfect but pretty good for not removing them when I painted them. I am happy with the end result and it was fun to spend a little quality time with the Camaro.
