P90x seems to work well for weight loss, if you're goal is now to build muscle then there is nothing better than weight lifting, not just haphazardly lifting but following a well rounded routine, proper nutrition is essential as well.

I heard Beachbody has a new program called Body Beast or something like that that is for people who have lost the weight with their other programs and now want to gain some muscle. You could look into that. I don't know about results people have had with it though.

Almost time for a new thread up in hur.

I've gone to bulk mode until March. I'm up about 14 lbs but still 8% body fat according to my little doo dah.

AND,,,,,because of your inspiration Donna and Bonnie...I was not only able to lose a lot of weight...but to maintain it for the last 2 full years!!!

I workout and eat right.

This was me ( on the right ) at my Husbands company Christmas Party last Saturday.
This Saturday night...Dec. 15th..we will be having our annual Camaro Christmas Party and I am looking forwad to wearing a dress that I believe suits me well. I am so excited to be healthy and in shape..and so looking forward to being with our Camaro Crew!

I have found that stress works... unfortunately. But, I've gone from a size 10 to a 4 in about 2 and a half months... not complaining.
