True story it happened the other day after we (wife) left the post office we are going down a side street in Imperial Beach, Ca. Out of nowwhere here comes this Boston Terrior running down the street at a hundred miles an hour, so we slowed down. A few seconds later comes the dog catcher chasing the dog in his truck trying to catch him, this went on for a couple of blocks and the dog takes a detour at the next block. We just kept on driving laughing as we went. Our comment was .where is our camera, it would have gotten a million post. Very funny to have witnessed it.

Well I created my bowl and its only 470 calories. ANDDDDDDDDD it fits into my calories for today. SPLENDID!

if I create a bowl It would be well over a 1000 calories.

I used to average about 2,200-2,500 calories a day. Now I try to keep them around 1,500. I always blow that on the weekends though due to Dos Equis having 130 calories each. After I knock down a 12 pack I'm sitting at 1,560 and that doesn't take into account whatever food I eat during the day.

I know my alcohol intake this whole year has helped put on a couple pounds, I've lost quite a lot of fat though hopefully lose even more.

Thats why if I drink I just put two shots of tequila in a glass with a lime get drunker faster and less calories hahahaha.

thats better than my dad's cooking..... years ago he decided to surprise my mom and cook some sloppy joes.... mixed the meat and the sauce just fine.... just didn't know you had to brown the meat first
