Is that a Cessna 180 or 82? When you follow up a sentence like "Hadn't flown a taildragger in 15 yrs." with "He ended up in the hospital." It makes it sound like the flight ended on one nasty ground loop!
But seriously, two flight attendants in a four-seater plane? Did they bring you coffee?

It's a 180. We were on a long layover. It's a favorite in the summertime. One the girls was actually the only one who was catching fish. My buddy was running after one of the poles and he planted his foot and snap. Tore his muscle. He couldn't use his leg.Thank goodness for the girls. It was a fun time loading him and the gear up.

Good morning everyone! I didn't win the lottery last night. But I got to spend a few days pretending to be a millionaire, so it was still fun to give it a shot.
Meeting up with a bunch of other Camaro5 members today - in the rain- it should be fun! I'll post some pics later. Have a great day!

Is that your, "I hope I can still do this!" smile?

Buddy has a Maule tail dragger, those things take a lot of leg work on the ground, but that's about as old school as it gets.

When I was in high school I worked at a small local airport doing everything from fueling the planes to cleaning the bathrooms - so I could earn flight time. Used to have to spin the prop on a taildragger or two to start the engine (No battery operated starter motor on those).

Let's see if any of you can decipher something other than binary -

.-. / ..- /.-.. / .
