False but I do have a Russian cleaning woman and a yard guy. By the looks of it the Russian could be taught to weld in short order.

TRUE!!!! Absolutely TRUE! I can get pretty darn good cuts from a local butcher and I have 3 seasoning recipes I use randomly. Dang, now I want a steak!
