I wouldn't say they're bad, however on my M6 car i didn't tell a difference…Plus the fact i had weird problems with the Ghost cam that would go into overdrive and cause nothing but problems. I would not recommend it. Also having to pay 100$ to remove it from my ecu, i ultimately paid 400 for the tune… not happy...

Lucky you, I bought it when it was at 600 dollars way in the beginning. But yes like u said, it sucks. I have the damn tune and I don't even have it installed in my car. Car runs way better without it. Not to mention ran a little over .1 better at the track without it

I feel you. my tuner said that the M6 doesn't change much opposed to the A6. none the less i felt a medium difference in power but drivability was a lot better, like stated earlier mine was a "enhanced" Trifecta tune though.
I did have a bad random misfire one day because of the ghost came. damn car went into limp mode and could barely turn the wheels luckily i was driving into the school parking lot, it was so bad i couldn't reverse into the parking spot. i had to just roll her in lol we did a reflash and she was back to normal but i never used ghost cam after that. Oh! mind you I had the most aggressive setting also.

Thats exactly what happened to me as well, luckily i have a code scanner and deleted the codes but here's where i cannot get any explanation….

I had my setting on mild and the car went into aggressive, sounded good BUT made my car misfire, stall, go into limp mode… only a couple times but i quickly took it off, and it was fine afterwards...

Yeah I'm going IPF til anything better comes out. If HPT is a flop and not an increase in FI might go a different direction in the engine department (but same chassis, never getting ride of her).

On a side note I was wanting to track my car this year since I have more funds, but I checked out my area's NASA schedule and the two times they hit the track, that is only 70 minutes from where I'm stationed, are both while I'll be deployed... What kind of luck is that!

An HP Tuners tune is 100% dependent on the tuner you pick. Many think hp tuners is some sort of canned tune. It isn't. All hp tuners does is write software that is able to modify the stock configuration of a car. It's then up to the tuners to actually go in and modify the car to what they see fit. So it's definitely crucial to get a good tuner who knows what he's doing. Gains are completely dependent on what the tuner can do. Good tuners are able to get great gains while still keeping everything safe. Dangerous tuners are the ones that get insane gains but run everything to the edge and can be unsafe.
