Well hope u feel better..but if you loose no weight during ur course of antibiotics...dont be discoureged...somw people stall wgen taking tgem some dont...i stalled..i havnt been.in this thread..just now seeing it.
At the beggining of last month i started a diet gicin tome by the nutrionist...lost 25 pnds in 3 weeks... Now i started doing insanity with there diet and loosing bout a pound a day...i would like to be atleast 170 by the end of this.month for the cruise im going on..but the last week ive been on the antibitoics and it killed my weight loss..i wasnt moving past 207 but h elast two days ive been loosing weight..so well see

Antiboitics have never stalled me before but I have heard of it. I am really just trying to maintain so it won't be much of a problem for me.

Nutritionists are great! I don't think enough people utilize them! And Insanity its a great program! I have done it a few times and still do the workouts from time to time. Pure Cardio is my FAVORITE!

They are great..aand they guide u in the right way of eating clean...as for insanity ive done.it before..takes a toll on my knees...i lost 85 pnds in the first month...i stooped there..but after a couple months i let go..so now im starting all over again...uhhh but ima hit p90x once i get to 8% bf

My sister is a nutritionist. Its really great to have her around, sometimes she drives me nuts though hahaha.

If Insanity hurts your knees just take it easy on the jumping (and make sure you are landing light on your feet). P90X is great!!! Especially if you are having joint pain with Insanity.

I just have bad knees..i do take it easy on the stuff i k.ow will hurt...hopefully after this ime around of insanity ill maintain it..its not easy cuz im out from 5am to 230 pm home by 3 then i do insanity then i got to school til 10 home by 1030 asleep at 1130-12 long days lol

Ran two miles and did a 30 minutes kettlebell workout yesterday from Bob Harper. Today cardio.

Hey everyone, glad to see everyone working so hard, we all really need to work harder than ever these next few months, we have the holidays coming up! We really don't want to slow down and end up eating too much and then be right back where we started!

My new goal for 2013 is to get in the right shape for a nationaly qualified show, it's gonna be alot of hard work but i believe I can do this!

My workouts today:

Legs/glutes/Calves/Shoulders/Back......

Cardio for 35 min on my treadmill swt at 4.5
along with 30 pop squats and 20 high jumps every 5 min.

Thanks, I meant to say "National show", I've already did the National qualifier, and Now it's improvement season for a national show! LOL
