To all the 49ers whining about the "bad call" against tackling Wilson. It's not like you've had the benefit of this type of call before...It's what you do before & after that matters. Like having a field goal blocked and returned for a TD.

The Saints are still in it! I'll just be happy for them to hang a division champ banner in the dome. A couple of years ago they had only lost a couple of games and barely ended up being a wildcard and this year are ahead in the NFC South division with a losing record.

1 more week. Not everything is settled, however most teams know if they are at least in the playoffs already or not. Still a few unknowns though.

Seahawks need to take care of business against the Rams in Seattle next week though.

OK, I'm sure there's lots of opinions here...I'm wondering why Russell Wilson was not chosen for the Pro Bowl. First, why 4 AFC QB's, and 2 NFC. I hate this new format for the Pro Bowl. Second, why Andrew Luck??? Except for Wilson having 75% of the snaps that Luck has (thus, more total yards and TD's), Wilson's completion percent, QBR, Rating are almost identical. Luck has almost 3 times the number of interceptions Wilson does (16 vs. 6). The only real stat Luck leads Wilson in is TD's, both total and % per attempt.

Lastly, these ratings don't even account for what WIlson's running ability does. He's already has the 5th best rushing season of all time. If you add his rushing TD's and yards from rushing, he FAR surpasses Luck (and many of the other pro-bowlers voted in).

I'm sure he'll be voted an all-pro this year, however the popularity contest that is Pro-Bowl just sucks sometimes.

Tannehill has better stats than Rivers yet who's going? The format will need to be adjusted like every other new system.

Steve, 2 things.

1. not sure they even allow quarterbacks to run in the probowl which may hurt his votes also that defense hurts his votes it over shadows him.

2. Don't worry he can't go to it anyways, he will be to busy prepping for the super bowl which is 1000000000000 times more important.

Well you know team record plays a big part or the person needs to have a heck of a season! The Miami Dolphins just up and down all season! I thought the team was going to do better this year!
