I do have a somewhat "specific" routine, but yes I do switch things up time to time to hit things that I feel need the attention.

Today I spent time with my kids... have a blast! The one on the right is 24 and the one on the left 16... are they big right!

I'll be joining everyone soon. I've been sitting on my butt for 5-6 weeks because of my blowout. Today I spent 25 min. on the elliptical and feel pretty good. The best thing is getting my blood flowing again, my arms felt and looked week but a little blood flow changed that a bit. Can't wait for a couple more weeks so I can hit the weights again.

Arms look really good! Recovery is a "take it slow and easy process". It takes time to heal up properly.
