Here is my favorite recipe, granted it is not exactly for food, but it is awesome:
Bourbon Shakers- 1 5th of Bourbon, Makers mark or Knob Creek are perfect, 1 can of frozen OJ concentrate 1/2 can of frozen lemonade concentrate 2 cups sugar 8 cups water 20 tea bags (NO MINT FLAVOR) 1 gallon jug Directions: 1.) Boil 2 cups of water and add 20 tea bags. Let this steep for 10 minutes. 2.) Add 1 can of frozen oj concentrate and 1/2 can of frozen lemonade to 2 cups sugar in the gallon jug, remove tea bags and pour remaining tea into gallon jug. 3.) stir, add entire 5th of bourbon 4.) add 6 cups of water 5.) Stir well, 6.) place gallon jug in freezer. Stir approx. every hour. 7.) enjoy once frozen- makes a delicious and intoxicating slushy

I know picture is not that good as it was raining Sunday, but Pork Tender loin with garlic onion and pepper potato foil pack. It was good.
Tomorrow will be roast beast on the spit!

Chicken stir fry 8 0z chicken, cauliflower, green peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic, sea salt & pepper with a touch of wosesterchire sauce sautéed in olive oil. |
