The cheesecake factory is pure and utter evil. And so is five-guys. I had the most pig out, belly busting, carb-filled food I've ever had in my life. Oh well, back to the grind! And avocado egg rolls are the best thing EV4R.

This group I'm part of called Fitfluential and they encourage everyone to do a plank a day.
Yesterday I did four: 1: 1 minute 27 seconds. 2. 1 minute 3. 1 minute 32 seconds 4. 1 minute 43 seconds Needless to say, my abs are sore today. |

Nice work BB! You doing them on your hands or elbows?
I'm starting to see veins in my pecs and ones in my shoulders popped out a while back but the monitor still hovers in the 7% range. Weight went up a couple pounds this week too but I changed my routine last Monday and have been lifting as heavy as I can manage so that may be a result of the new routine. We'll see what happens next week. I'm not sure I've ever been this ripped. Abs are starting to get those deep cuts around them. Maxed out at 185lbs on front squats in crossfit last Thurs night. I thought I could get 225lbs but they want us practically sitting on our heels before we start the up swing of the movement. The first rep I stopped like I normally do at bench height, like sitting on a bench, and they wouldn't count it and made me do it again. They're a bit odd with some of their lifts. Then cracked off the MetCon in 4:42. 3 rounds of: 20 back squats @ 125lbs 20 pull ups |

Put on my favorite pair of Joe's jeans from 2007 when I lived in Florida. They fit! A little snug, but they're 29" waist so I'm really, really happy with that. I had a setback last week when a girl on here said I looked like Miss Piggy... but have pushed through it. Miss Piggy was fabulous, and if 29" waist makes me Miss Piggy then so be it

I added in a few low glycemic ones. I added 1/4 to 1/2 cup of plain oats with breakfast and a half a sweet potato at lunch. That seemed to kick start things a bit after being low carb for so long. I may cut them again for a couple weeks to see how lean I can go...but honestly I'm pretty happy with my results.

Great job everyone and you go BB and great job Sarah! Just got me a treadmill for the house, now it's get up an GO!! Before breakfast! Need to get back to my stage weight! Competing Aug. 18th!
It was on sale at Acadamy, I only paid 249. for it, It has 4 really good interval programs you do with sprints, and has a manual incline but I have it set on max incline and it just stays there! Love it! ![]()
