You know what they say there is always one who rains on everyone's parade. Always one in the crowd. Very sorry:( Had a great start to the Thanksgiving Week and a bad TDay:( Flew out to CA and spent Thanksgiving with the daughter. We had a great time up until getting Takeout on Weds evening at the hotel. A trip to the ER for Food Poisoning after midnight.(guess on the brightside it didn't end up being something contagious and the family didn't eat the same thing and it was relatively shortlived)

To make matters worse wife answers a call on my cell and it's a friend. There was a plane crash in the Phoenix area. A former coworker (didn't really know him Had never flown with him) had just picked up his 3 kids from their Mom at a local Phoenix airport and was flying them back to his home base in a corporate aircraft to spend Thanksgiving. He was not doing the actually flying but was sitting in the back with his children. They along with 2 other employees hit a mountaintop just outside Phoenix. All were lost. It is so very tragic you just don't know what else to say. :(

Got an OK to travel. Back home now and not to make a joke here but after hugging nothing but porcelain, I hugged my daughter even more upon leaving. Please be thankful for what you have. Wife is cooking a Thanksgiving dinner now(oh yeah she is a redhead but when the temper comes outLOL) Dinner done. Time to run. While everyone is sick of turkey, going to eat a full meal for first time. Ready for a tryptophan overdose. Crackers and Gatorade gets real old fast! LOL. Have a great afternoon all.

Wow, Sky Man, what a tough couple of days. Sorry to hear about FP - can't think of too many worse things to make you ill; sorry about the loss of your fomer co-worker and his family. A tragedy like that touches everyone. Hopefully this week will be better.
