To all you that are trying to quit. I was never a smoker so never had to quit.

I imagine it is insanely hard but I wish you all the best of luck.

There really is no benefit to the habit.

It's expensive
It makes your teeth yellow (gross)
It makes your car/clothes/house smell
I can KILL you

My biggest vise is food. I need to shed about 40lbs.

My goal is back to about 185 by Fest.

I want to get down to 180 and that should be doable if I work on eating healthier.
