I never read any of this thread until now and just read all 8 pages... Crazy!! I love Camaro5, good job OP. Hope everything works out for the Challenger driver if he really got wrongfully arrested. Cant imagine. I really need to put a dash cam in all my cars. Never even thought about a situation like this. I'll be checking back in for updates.

Well I told him about this so hopefully he will join and post to this thread but I don't know this guy and just took a shot to see if it was him. it's also possible that this person was not being truthful with me.

EDIT: so I texted him again and gave him a direct link to this thread. I also told him that jalaponik would probably like to talk to him but like I said...I'm not sure if he is the real person.

We may never hear from the wrongfully- charged driver... and we'll damn sure never hear from the dude in the way- faster Scat Pack! Drumminxx said he spoke to somebody who might be the wrongfully arrested, and I hope that it is the guy... but, as mentioned, it's possible he isn't.

Whatever the case, no matter what: MR. Sarge's mission is complete. This story has gone viral (I opened Yahoo! this morning, and top story on the news story was this Jalopnik story: http://jalopnik.com/does-this-video-...-sp-1703677037 !), so there is no doubt whatsoever that the footage is available to defend the wrongfully accused. No innocent is going to have his life ruined by mistaken identity here.

Sometimes, I get irritated at the trolls and the idiots on the 'net... but, this thread has restored my faith, by seeing lots of people work together for a common, decent cause. Without these efforts--- again, ESPECIALLY MR. Sarge's!--- some poor schmuck would be going down for a crime he didn't commit. Camaro5 stopped that from happening!
