Good to see you guys keeping at it. That's what it takes, dedication and the results will come.

If I don't get off my butt soon I'm gonna need a body transformation, I can see a few pounds creeping up on me. lol

That's what happened to me, a few years back. It is hard to get out of that rut. I am gonna get there though.

I am heading to Boston next week for work and we get wined and dined and that is not good for my calorie counting. And I will get 0 opportunities to hit the gym. Mornings start at 7:30 in the office and we probably get back to our rooms by midnight.

I've got a doctor's apt. tomorrow, I have more swelling now than a week ago and now have quite a bit of pain where as a week ago almost none. Something doesn't feel right but it may just be the healing process.

Last night got challenge to a workout showdown! got a buddy at work, he's been exercise for 2 years now... big improvement so he want to see how far we can go! well 1 hour full body workout! Since we help each other we push over the limit! That was awesome! So we going to do that more often!

Hit the legs again tonight. Trying to get PR up. Also hit a few other parts that I missed this week. Overall another great workout.
