These are the suspects. They arrived together and the guy in the white hat was seen on video placing the second bomb.

I would like to see the video of him dropping the bag and leaving..
Pretty crazy how decent of photos they have gotten, plus i'm sure much more photos and video. Also, I'm wondering why the lady with the balloons is blurred out or if they're trying to make all visible faces blurred. But those balloons look exactly like the ones that floated off into the air when the first bomb went off.
