I honestly have no clue about the mini yeast rolls. They come precooked in aluminum pans of 28 so we just pop em in the oven for about 5 minutes at 325° then spread honey butter over them. Our nuggets are chicken breast nuggets. I don’t know exactly what’s in our coater, but I know it involves a mixture of flour, pepper, salt, some other spices, and a bunch of preservatives.

I don’t understand all of the Chick-fil-A copycat recipes that involve making a batter with pickel juice. We just dip the chicken in milk and egg wash and then toss them in the coater.
