Tabatas and crossfit are pretty much the two hardest kinds of workouts there are. Tabatas are high intensity training that shouldnt be done for more than 8 minutes cause it can wear you and your body down fast. And crossfit is just intense. Its all about besting yourself.

I gotta start planning all my performance upgrades for my 1LE in advance. How do they compare to the stock Brembos? Would it be a good idea to upgrade them to the ZL1 brakes?

The brembos on the car are great. Just need better pads and rotors
