Old fart? Well I’m not sure. I’m 55 and started my mid-life crisis at age 17 when I purchased my first V8, a Plymouth Roadrunner (383 4-barrel, 4-speed). After 2 Roadrunners and a 340 Duster I married into a GM family and I’m now on my eight Camaro (same wife). A GTO snuck in the mix to bridge the gap from my 2002 Z-28 and my 2010 SS. I must admit I miss that GTO a little bit more than I thought I would. The GTO was built in Australia (by Holden, a GM subsidiary down under) and I spend a lot of time down under so I’m also a big Holden fan. And yes, I am very proficient at driving on the other side of the road the Aussy way. Bottom line, I’ve owned more Camaros than any other car and that’s where my heart is for sure. Old fart or not?
