Oh yes I've slipped up. I'm not gonna lie.

At this point I'm trying to decide if it's better to taper off or quit all at once cold turkey.... I'm being told cold turkey is not the way to do it.

I still did good. I didn't smoke any cigs, but did take a few puffs off of Nicole's electric cig.

Well I made sure to hang 3rd by them before they started to play. Then waving bye is a fun way to piss some kid off

It depends on the person. Cold turkey for me and I haven't had any slip ups.
