The bright side of all this.... She has only worked for the company just over 2 months, so they could have easily just let her go when she said she needs 4 to 6 weeks off minimum, but they didn't. And, she just became eligible for insurance, but hadn't filled out the forms yet - our HR gal expedited everything, and my tech had her insurance card the day before surgery. That helps a lot, considering her hubby's insurance has a 20% copay, and he just got laid off....
Even though it's been a rough couple of weeks, I do REALLY like the company I work for... Things started to look up today

Still pouring here. My baby hasn't left the garage all week:( 50s again today. ucccckkkk. I will gladly send some rain your way. I do shipping so I'll have the boys pack some up and ship it your way.
