Dang PQ....looking good man!

Here's my progress pics. 8.x% body fat - 160lbs. I guess I have about 5lbs or so to go and I'll be at 6% but these last few % have been real ass kickers.

I've worked my back a lot this year trying to get the traps to pop out...they're finally starting to show up better.

Okay I did some planning, shopping & cooking. I made the chicken & vegies recipie posted on here a few days ago for lunches at work this week. I still need to go to GNC to get the caliper and better protien powder. I know you guys want me to eat real food for Breakfast & I don't mind cooking but I am still struggling with all the things I now can't eat. When I have eggs for breakfast & want bacon & toast. I am skeptical that I would like turkey bacon anyway but harder still is finding some with no nitrites. And gluten free toast is also a challenge. This is all going to take a while to figure out but I'll get there.

I just tried a new recipe this week for breakfast. They're egg muffins and they're awesome.

Crumbled Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage
Frozen Chopped broccoli
Liquid egg whites
low fat shredded cheddar
chopped onion

In a muffin tin, drop in a some sausage crumbles, followed by chopped broccoli. Fill the rest with liquid egg whites. Sprinkle with low fat cheddar and white onion.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins. When they rise like muffins they're done.

Serving size for me is two muffins. Has about 35gr of protein per serving. Quick and easy breakfast. I make them 12 at a time to last me all week.

Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of plain oats if you want some good carbs to go with breakfast.

I'm slowly remembering why I hate my cutting phase. The fat loss come so slow now. I actually "gained" a half pound this last week somehow. Obviously I didn't really gain anything, but I realized that carb cycling is needed now

My body is stuck at it's "comfortable fat level", so it's time for a little more coaxing. I'm doing a re-feed day today. Another 1/4 cup oats this morning, another 3/4 cup of pasta with lunch, and another 4 ounce of sweet potato with dinner. Hopefully that'll help coax my body back into doing what I want it to do.

I know it's not a calorie issue. My diet didn't change, and I added an extra two days at the gym (both cardio days). That means that most likely, my daily calories are now too low for my body to want to cooperate. Ran into this last year too, but I don't remember hitting it quite so early. Gawd I hate this sometimes...

Welcome to my world. I've been stuck at 8% for 3 weeks and I'm pissed. Time to start supplement shopping. I found something last year but can't remember the name. Seemed to work pretty well, but having said that it's probably banned now as all the good ones don't usually last long.

Last year I actually bumped up my calores for an entire week. I went from 2100/day to 3000/day. I lost a pound during that week too. The human body is so stubborn, and sometimes you need to go on a feeding binge to make it cooperate. I'm still not taking thermogenics. I'm not a big fan of overdoing my stimulants, and I'm pretty sure I've just been low calories for too many weeks. That's why I'm bumping it up today. Adding about another 300 calories all from clean carbs. I'll post on friday to share what happens

The body doesn't always co-operate the way we like. I find that when I'm cutting and stop loosing fat that it's time for a change and usually that change comes in the form of eating. It seems like that's what it takes for me to jump start the fat loss again, usually I also take a week off from training, I will initially gain several pounds but when I start training again I feel stronger and it usually reflects in my weight load and fat loss is accelerated, at least untill the cycle starts again.

Shoulders and back are definately the toughest but yours are pretty well developed and proportianate to your size which is important as well.

It seems as if you're on the right track, I'm sure it will all fall in place.

You could try Canadian Bacon, it's closer to ham than bacon but is much leaner and a good hit of protein as well.
