That is the same reason I didn't go with it as a grounding spot. But there are lots of other things to get in the way too. Now I have the oil catch can there - which will get in the way as well.

The harness issue that I'm aware of only affected some of the earlier Camaros. Apparently the windshield wiper mechanism would rub across some wires and eventually wear thru them causing some of the wires to short to the wiper mechanism. Not good. The TSR has the mechanic tie them down out of the way of the mechanism. The A/C issue is one I only heard of recently and don't know much about. See the link that LadyBugsMom posted. BTW - pictures of her car don't do it justice at all. The custom paint she had done looks REALLY good when you are standing right there looking at it. I don't know why a picture can't bring that out more. It's about the same with the lady herself. LadyBugsMom is awesome in person!

Silly IRS. Don't they have any Bernie Madoff type people to go after????

I hired a gardner for that stuff.

Good thinking GH, that gives you more time for the vacuuming & ironing.

Yes I do the vacuuming, but that is because that was the deal for having the Camaro, and 65 Mustang GT FastBack. Neither one of us does ironing, and that is because we take clothes to the dry cleaners or get permanent press.

See with age does come wisdom, but also a lot of other things I did not have when I was 43.

Life may begin at 40, but it doesn't get interesting until about 110 mph.

That is true, but I have been much faster than that. I had the privilege of a Catapult launch in an A6 during my re-enlistment in the Navy way back when. How about going from 0-300 in under 5 seconds, and then going from about 250 to 0 in the same time when landing.

Talk about a rush.
