That'll get you like 3,000sqft 4br, 3ba, with a 2-3 car garage on about 1-2 acres here A million will get you an ~8,000sqft house with 5-6br, 6-7ba, and 3-5 car garage on 3-4 acres. Sometimes more than that. That's the only upside to living here.

If I didn't have nearly 5 years invested into my job and retirement I'd consider moving just because of that. 200k getting 3000sqft...... land is nice too. More room for toys

Rodgers car show was great. Becky really knows how to do a car show and have a blast. Free hot dogs, drinks, water, ice cream, plenty of places to sit and relax, bounce house, silent auctions, and Camaros all over the place. Then Al drops by in his ZL1 1LE and gives a little speech and takes time to answer questions and sign cars.

No one gonna beat that with a 10 ft pole...lol. Her and Joe just do it right year after year. This year we stayed Sat night instead of coming back to Indy, and was much more relaxing and enjoyable trip. Already looking forward to next year.
