lol thanks for the quick replies...I honestly like my dad's ipads but....i wouldnt spend my money on them or any other apple product again...

Definitely look into the Nexus

Edit: Matt- are they like the Adams of the electronic world?....

No, Adam's actually makes some worthwhile products.

Way I see is that it's 50 bucks more for double the space. I most likely will get the 32 since it's such a small price difference. You have to realize that when they sell you the 16 you get about 12-13 and if you plan on putting any movies or music on there that can fill quickly. Right now my 16 Gb iPad isn't large enough for when I go on trips.

Valid points, I ask because I have all this space on my iPhone but then again it's a little different than a tablet so that's why I ask.

With andriod a form of removable storage can always be mounted though. While the Nexus 7 lacks a SD card slot you can always buy a micro USB to USB and plug in a flash drive for times you need extra storage. But apps can not be installed on the removable storage that I know off. Not sure if anything has changed as I have been off of andriod for a year now.

I have the original ipad with 64gig. still works fine. lol although, lots of games are not supported anymore. but it's used more for internet and for my daughter to play on.

Yea my iPad 2 is really starting to show its age with IOS 7 and it makes me wish I stayed with 6. But the one thing I'm not gonna like about switching is losing the movies and TV shows I have amassed in iTunes.

Because I'm not sticking with apple. When I say lose I mean that I can no longer sync it with a device.

Apples iTunes format is a proprietary format (shocker) that can only be read by i devices and services.
