Yeah that is something most people don't do.

I think I'm taking off the shorty headers i bought. No reason my car would 60ft the same and then shit the bed on the rest of the track. I mean other than high IAT but I don't think that's a good enough excuse. Do any of you think it was the IAT or the headers?

My PB I hot lapped the car and literally ran came right back around and lined up, no waiting in staging lanes. This time I had to wait at least 10 minutes. Headers are the only thing I added since that pass.

probably the IAT's or grip on the track. Doubt the headers would have to play into it at all.

Thanks for the insight. This was bugging me, I think I'm going to get a Rick Crawford intake manifold soon.

Did your anvil spoiler fit correctly? I just got mine and the holes are slightly off. Enough for it to not fit.

I think I had to drill out one hole a little to make it fit "better". But that wasn't a problem.

The problem was it was a crappy drill bit and it broke just as I was finishing up and fell "in between" some of the trunk support pieces. Had to take the truck off to get it out. That was the "well that's my luck" part of it.

The holes are off on mine. I've heard stories of it not lining up. If I line up the middle holes, every hole is off by probably 1/16" . If I make the left side fit or right side fit, the side that isn't set is about 1/8" off.

Bought it used. It was on another Camaro and the new owner didnt want it. After I told him that it didn't fit he noticed that the holes on his car were elongated.

well, the choice falls to you. How bad do you want it on as opposed to how bad you don't want to elongate the holes?

Flip a coin. If you really like it and it will never come off the car, even when you sell it... what does it matter, only you will know.

I'd cut one of the studs off before I drilled into my car.

If it was one stud I'd probably do the same but my case it isn't just one unfortunately

No idea. Probably but I'm sure the cost wouldn't be worth it.
