So finally getting my shop/vehicles lined out, been a rough start here in Missouri, realtor took her sweet time paying us for our house in Houston, and shorted us almost 9k, lost 2 contracts on houses here before we got our money, finally got into a house after a few hectic transactions for paperwork, kinda nice here, 8 acres, two good sized shops, and a pond, had to sell my beloved 93 chevy due to a transmission failure shortly after the move, got a 96 suburban that had a similar fate after about 7 weeks while 600 miles from home picking up the remainder of our belongings in houston. Had a buddy make me an excellent deal on a 99 dodge 3/4 ton that I love so I could get home. As far as racing, I made 6 passes at our local strip and broke another trans bellhousing, in May. In July when I took the car apart, I found that the car still had rubber motor mounts, causing the twisting motion to break the cases. So now it's november, I'm finally getting some money to put back into the old hot rod. Hope to have it ready by late January or so. Sorry for the storybook, but just a short summary of life since I moved. Lol

I guess I should mention I got to see our beloved Racergirl in Denton Tx over the 4th of July weekend, lol so there's a highlight!

well that didn't sound like any fun at all. Dealing with Realtors is like dealing with the devil. you just want to punch that fake smile.

Glad you are settled in though!

No kidding Hank. Both realtors (Houston and Joplin) were terrible. Want all your money, but not all at once, and want different pieces of paper that have nothing to do with your house or else they're gonna take it away from you smh.

How have you been bud?

Yep.

Vegas baby! Early May. This is due to Camaro5 and the main sponsor LS Fest Group working together to bring a much larger gathering. Trying to get out West to accommodate that side of the states.

Currently trying to do something in the Summer just for the Camaro5 group.

That is how I understand it.

Well, Fest is now going to be in the fall according to Mike's most recent update. Because of Holley Fest being in Vegas

That's how I understand it.

No, no, no. What I got from Mikes post is that Camarofest is part of Holly Fest in Vegas (May). And separate Camaro gathering will be in the fall. That is where Hank will be driving his new ZL1... in theory.

see how it sounds different when I say it.

The real fest will be when we can all get together again and kick back and have a great time. Fest or not, that needs to happen.
