That one sounds good and I love that is is much lower in calories and carbs. Sounds like a good one to have on my non-cardio days. I will have to try it!
You can also tru Met RX protein bars. They have 32 grams of protein and are also not real high in cals. The ingredient list is pretty good as well, normally you eat them with a glass of water and they do taste as close as a candy bar as possible LOL.

I don't know what's going on with me. I've been irritable and just plain indifferent lately. Not sure if it's allergies or what but I just feel pissed off in general. Totally not like me as I have no reason at all to be unhappy and am normally friendly to everyone. Whatever it is I gotta shake it.

its little ol' me.
no, the impressive part is that I had a bet with a friend I could do the 285x10. But before that, I thought I would be smarta$$ and do 305 x10 and didn't quite get it (got 9 reps but not 10 ). So, then I turned around and did the 285 x10 to win my bet. I was beat!

new mile stone

I haven't been on in a while but I like pria bars (wifes choice), I cut my calorie intake to 65-75 % recommended and do nothing but cardio, stopped drinking beer and making it a point to get off my ass every day. Did I mention I lost 30 pounds since january 4th.

AWESOME job Inferno!!!

I'd stop drinking beer but I gotta support my husband's hobby (he brews his own) I mean, what kind of wife would I be if I didn't support my husband's hobby???

As mentioned it could be your diet. If you are restricting carbs every 3-4 days max you should have a high carb day, just keep them clean. It also may be a bug that is going around the whole country, it causes irritability, sleeplessness and a shitty disposition, I'm not sure of the technical name but it is often referred to as " spring fever"

The Atkins diet has been very contraverial over the years. It has proven to be too low in carbs. It has been revised many times but there is a new study on it that still leaves a lot of room for improvement. If you eat good clean carbs every 3-4 days, in moderation you will avoid most of the negative problems associated with it. Most on this diet as with any carb restricting diet loose weight rapidly. Most of the controversy has been because of it is a unhealthy diet, it works through ketosis, which over a period of time has been proven to start the early stages of diabetes. Your, in my opinion, much better off using a diet that is made up of the proper ratios of carbs, proteins and fats, the weight loss might not be as rapid but much healthier which I believe to be most important.
