Did you guys plan that lol. And I have heard some crazy crap from people I know that have rented apartments before that were able to open holes in certain places like the walls and everywhere else was considered property damage. But every place is different. Obviously both of you know more than I since it is your rental agreement (note that was not meant to be sarcasm if it sounded like it)

I didn't see anything in the lease agreement and if you peep into the neighbors windows they have stuff hanging too. I think these apartments are different than say near a college campus, but they are meant to be lived in longterm.

Tis is true. Last time I checked your supposedly not allowed to hang anything on the walls in FSUs dorms. Which I know isn't an apartment but same concept. With that being said that doesn't mean that people don't hang stuff on the walls

Sooooooo, should someone start a "LFX Long-tubes Group Buy" thread, then wait a year-and-a-half, go back to it and see how many folks are still posting "Count me in!" w/o reading the entire thread?

I thought LTs are not possible on the LFX so why would someone ask for them to be made?

Or is supposed to be part of the joke?

Yes, I'm joking. The "LFX Vararam Group Buy" thread is the inspiration. There will be no OTR intake from Vararam for the LFX, yet people keep "signing up"... People - just read the thread/threads, ffs...

I like mine too, but the more tune-friendly platform of the LFX has a bit more potential, IMO. But, if I wanted real power, I should have gotten a V8...

My LLT isn't tuned. I'm not gonna do a mail-order tune, and I can't find anyone who will tune it; even Chuck Anders can't do it thanks to that godawful Bosch ECM. So I just stay away from the tunes. I'm happy with my 14-sec hero run; if I wanted a lot of power, yeah, I'd have gotten an SS. But I couldn't justify one knowing how much I'd drive it; I've put 80k on mine in 2.5 years

I was really kidding with the "real power" part, I'm actually pretty impressed with the 300+ HP the LLT makes on it's own. I'm neither impressed by nor scared of my email tune. Though I wish I could make the time to install my wide-band AFR gauge, so I can get a real number (after all, I am an engineer). The transmission tune has certainly added to the fun factor though - catching gear while making taking a curve kicks the rear end out just enough to make my wife scream.

I'll have two years of ownership come February, and likely about 22K miles on the odometer on my DD. Love my short commute - and my beater '94 P/U when the weather gets nasty...
