Ever go to the gym workout for three hours then come home..eat about a dozen chocolate chip cookies 2 beers spinach and creme, corn and some french chicken....i just ruined my whole workout..WTF..I suck..oh well more cookies cuz im no quitter

Anyone know of any good LEO forums? I found one that I thought that was going to be good and registered and I tried to post and it said that the mod/admin had not approved my account yet.... its been 3 days I have sent emails to the admin and haven't gotten a response... Camaro5 spoiled me I guess
