Hi Pam, I missed this, it's great to see you're doing so good. It does make a big difference in how you feel and look and the added energy opens up a whole new world. Keep it up we're all proud of you and everyone who is sticking with it.

Haven't posted in a little while in this thread. Weight is up a bit, but it is mostly muscle gain. Air Force Fitness test is actually somewhat easy to me now as opposed to struggling to meet the bare minimum.

Wow, talk about being exhausted. Flew in to TX to work pit crew for my buddy's Challenger running in the Texas Mile event. He made a speed of 175MPH which kicks ass. Just for reference a Lambo and Audi R8 were only in the 160s. Takes lots of horse power to get on up there. Ford GT with twin turbos + blower did 223MPH, Twin Turbo Porche all hopped up did 230MPH, and a crazy 1300HP Dodge Viper took the fastest time of the event at 240MPH. There was a Gen5 Camaro there that did 200.8MPH. I've got videos and all that I'll post in another thread.

I've had about 12 hours of sleep since last Thursday and today's workout showed it. Managed to at least maintain the same weight I pushed last Monday, but reps were down about 30%. At least I made it to the gym.

On a positive note, bodyfat was in single digits this morning. I won't be happy until I see it stay single digit next Monday. The reading could be skewed as I could have been a bit dehydrated from being on the track all weekend in 90° temps.

12/27/10 - 168.5 - 12.4%
1/10/11 - 166 - 12.1%
1/17/11 - 167 - 11.7%
1/24/11 - 167.5 - 12.2%
1/31/11 - 164.5 - 11.6%
2/7/11 - 163.5 - 11.2%
2/14/11 - 163 - 10.7%
2/21/11 - 165 - 11.2% (added back too many carbs - removed some also started thermogenic)
2/28/11 - 163.5 - 10.3%
3/7/11 - 163.5 - 10.6%
3/14/11 - 161 - 10.1% (carb pulse)
3/21/11 - 160 - 10.1% (carb pulse)
3/28/11 - 159.5 - 9.6% (carb pulse)

If it's still in the 9s next week I'll get excited.

Good to see everyone is doing so good. My workouts are going great, like I never took a break. Weight loss was a little excessive last week, 7lbs, so rather than cut back on the cardio I will be uping the cal intake. Didn't drop any cals when I stopped working out just the increase in HIIT did it, wasn't expecting to drop so fast but will keep up the cardio untill I reach my goal of 175lbs where I usually maintain.
