An even bigger airbox and filter. Crazy.

What's the weight compared to the stock components?

This is looking to be the only intake that is offering legitimate gains. I'll buy one and confirm when they are available.

I've been very happy with my Mishimoto intake. Looks amazing, performs great, sounds better. However, I may buy Roto-fab and compare since this looks very promising.

Glad to see the numbers so far. Yes it sucks waiting but well worth it if in the end we get to pick up the best out there. I am doing this with the exhaust system too. I have had both Roto-Fab and C.A.I on my 5th Gens so decided to wait till you released your system. I love the look with the 2016 setup. Can't wait to order and install it to feel the difference for myself and the way it will change the sound. Thanks for taking your time to get it right!!!!

As with most of our CAI systems, the oil filter will be standard and the dry filter will be an option.

[QUhaven't 86;9184936]What's the weight compared to the stock components?[/QUOTE]

We haven't yet weighed the two. Generally, we are a little heavier than stock. Our components are typically larger and we mold our components with over .200" wall thickness which increases rigidity and minimizes heat transfer. We will weigh the complete unit after the new air box changes are complete.

Maybe I didn't see it. Is your test car an A8 or M6?
