Had oatmeal with ground up flaxseed and cinnamon this morning. It was really good!

Also I was surprised the turkey burgers I bought after looking at the label have 8g fat, i thought turkey wasnt suppose to have much fat.

Turkey doesn't have much fat. But when you by something that's "ready to eat" you have to be careful, because they add things to it to make it taste good

On a side note, I have to share... I put up 225 twice on my fourth set on bench today on calorie deficit! 6th set if you could the two warm-ups I decided to change up my routine a little bit today and wanted to work myself up to a heavier weight to see what I could do. I warmed up with a two sets of 10 (45 lbs, and 95 lbs), a set of 145x10, 185x8, 205x5, and finally 225x2. Normally flat bench is my second exercise, incline dumbell press being the first, so I normally can't lift any heavier than about 165 for any reasonable number of reps. I'm very happy with myself today!

My anniversary was on Sunday and my wife bought me a set of selectable weight dumbbells and an adjustable bench. I have used it twice now, and being able to work out at the house is great. I think I will be more consistent with the lifting when I don't have to take time away from my wife and kids.

I also may start drinking coffee every now and then, seriously just learned how low in calorie it is lol I do not like adding anything to mine anyway. My sister just bought one of those keurig things so i may have to start using that!

I'm sitting at right about 12% right now. I'm shooting to be 7-8% by the beginning of July. Pretty much all by bodyfat now is in my midsection and lower back. I like to cut very slowly, but it's also naturally very slow once you get down around 10% for people my body type.

Coffee is a decent drink if you don't overdo it. The stimulant will help keep your metabolism up, and it also has anti-oxidant properties. I generally have a cup mid morning with my snack, or between the snack and lunch.

Not sure if anyone had tried this before but after my lift today, I just put 8oz unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk (35 cal, <1 carb, 0 sugar, 2.5g healthy fats) in my shaker cup, placed it in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill, 2 scoops double rich chocolate ON protein, shook it up and it was seriously the best protein shake I had ever have! 50g protein!

Had my weekly weigh in today. I am down 2.5 pounds in a week. Only 29 pounds left to my goal weight. I have been cleared to start training for my two large bike rides, so my calorie intake needs to start increasing as my rides increase in length. I am starting with 15-20 miles 4 times a week on my bike starting tomorrow.

BadgeBunny - Good Luck on getting to your beach trip goal.

Kalimus - Great Job! Keep it up.
