I really like eibach. I've used them on previous cars as well. ride quality is almost like stock. I hear BMR is also nice. when I had my v6, I was thinking of doing 1.4 drop up front and 1 in the back.

I never touch anything on front to get my alignment off? Only change the sway, having different sizes of wheels might be the problem?

your alignment could be thrown off from daily driving. depending on how bad your roads are. like hitting a pot hole, or just rough roads in general.

and yes, if you put on different size wheels, you need to get a re-alignment.
