Going to an ortho tomorrow to see about my leg. I have now been out another week :(

Hurt my f'n shoulder again...first week back went up just to 80's doing dumbbells...2nd week went to 90's (which still is not a ton of weight for me) and reinjured it.

When I get healthy again I won't be doing shoulders anymore.

All types of injuries suck. Our minds like to think we've healed but our bodies disagree. lol.

It seems like I'm going backwards, I've got a good amount of pain just moving around, a week ago I had almost none.

My back was getting better then I needed to move a few things out of my office ahead of our move to a new building. Nothing heavy at all. But I tweaked it slightly again. Everyone take care of yourseles. I will too.

Had an app. with my surgeon today. First time I've talked with him since the surgery. It turns out that the previous patch failed, it was removed and a new one put in. The area that has been painful is where the failure was and he thinks it will pass as I heal. He gave me the ok to do light cardio starting Monday and said in two weeks I can start lifting again, starting light and slowly increasing weight again with no restrictions as long as I don't encounter any pain.

Needless to say I'm ready to rock and roll.

Spent 25 minutes on the elliptical today, started to get a little sore so called it quits. As much as I hate cardio it felt good to get off my ass and do something. Two more weeks and I can hit the weights again.

I went to the ortho and he said just a bad case of tendinitis in my leg. Still on the DL because of my shoulder. Hoping to return next week. For now I just live vicariously through Monique.

Bummer. Injuries suck, it's hard to sit back and do nothing but sometimes you just gotta do it.

I usually don't have lower back issues but on the rare occasion I do it really sucks because it affects everything you do. hope you get over it soon.

september, was forced to stop because of severe arthritis in both knees and planter phasitis. the winter weather is a killer, hoping once the temps get back to reasonable level to get back at it and try again. I'm 44 but feel like I am 100

Get back into it and in 6 months you will feel like your 34.

I have never had any back problems, until recently. I am sure the heavy weight is just taking its toll. Who knows, I go for a checkup tomorrow and hopefully it isn't anything serious.
