House down the street sold last month, $650k. People flipped it, spent $125k in upgrades. Selling it for $999,000.

I wish!! That's all we want to have. Right now we have that, and 2 charge cards, but they aren't HIGH or anything. We just want to wipe out the charge cards and be done with it. Paying extra to get it done, and we will have to fix some things in the house!! Thanks to Austin we have to replace 3 doors!!

The vent piece is pretty rare. I've searched everywhere for one. Looks like it was an idea early on (2009-10), but quickly faded away. Only been able to even find 2 pictures of them.

Sucks. Oh well, think I'll just use plastic. Won't be too hard. I'm more worried about getting the damn vent thing out without busting it.
