Actually salsa is very healthy as long as you get one without added junk in it. Not sure about the melba toast.

Sirloin from Omaha Steaks are what I normally have. 7oz ones I think are in the freezer right now.

In the fall when I'm eating 6-8oz a day it's flank steak cuz it's cheap but still lean.

Well, they are 12 grain and 70 calories for 4 large melba's...and 1 gram of sugar...and in any case...it worked well for my craving!

Without seeing the ingredient list they don't sound bad, whole grains are good, cal count is low and depending on the kind of sugar, if not processed, 1 gm is nothing. So all in all for penance give me 10 pushups and 15 crunches.

I always make my own salsas. But I guess that's normal for us south of the border peoples.

....oh, so tired....

Got up at 4AM yesterday and spent the whole day in full combat gear (about 35 extra pounds on my body) out on the range shooting the M4...but it didn't end there...we did night firing too and by time we got done cleaning the weapons etc it was after 10PM. Turned around and got up at 5AM this morning, again donned full combat gear and spent half the day on the range shooting the M9, had lunch, then the rest of the day was spent learning about foreign weapons like the AK-47 etc. My body is in total shut-down mode...no work out yesterday and it is so not happening today!!! I can barely keep my eyes open right now! But a good workout is on the docket for tomorrow for sure!!
