How did they win, uncharted the most overrated franchise in history of gaming? I'll take forza horizon 2 over anything Sony put out there.

I think ps now and playstation tv helped them win

And how do you think MS won? The showed only a few exclusive games, most of the games they showed are multiplatform. They didn't show or announce any new pieces of hardware. They didn't show or announce any new software or services. Sony won by default because MS didn't bring anything to the table this year.

Started playing destiny alpha and battlefield hardline beta last night. Not impressed at all by hardline. Destiny is pretty awesome.

I'll be skipping The Crew. In Driveclub not sure how many clubs you can be in at one time.

So played Destiny over the entire weekend. It feels like a mix of Borderlands and Halo. Looks like Halo, but plays like Borderlands. It was definitely an alpha and it is still running apparently today even though it was supposed to end yesterday. I am still thinking about pre-ordering it after playing the alpha. It is a good shooter and fun to play, but I am not convinced yet it is worth getting on day 1 based on connectivity issues I saw as well as graphically it feels like last gen. That is definitely an issue due to cross gen releasing and development starting out on PS3 initially.

Judging by your description destiny will be a pass for me didn't like halo at all and borderlands never held my attention long enough for me to give it a try

So ive really been considering getting a PS4 real soon like either this weekend or a couple weeks. But is there any games out now that need to be played on the PS4 and make me want to get a Ps4 or should I wait till there are a lot more games out?

Not really. Unless you like baseball because MLB 14 is awesome on PS4. Infamous was really good but once you beat both endings there's nothing else to do.

Right now IMO Infamous SS is a Killer app for the PS4 and Indie Games like Resogun (Just got the expansion pack, Its Awesome). Right now I have to say that both the Xbox and PS4 game library is very similar, except Sony has alot more indie and F2P games. But after the Holidays it looks like Sony is going to be pulling away from Microsoft when it comes to exclusives. Its Up to you, But Sonys 1st and 2nd party studios are up their with Nintendo IMO. Im getting an Xbox One this holiday only for exclusives (Sunset overdrive, love insomniac), everything else is all PS4 (multiplats and exclusives).

Note: I Have a PS3 and a Vita so PS+ has been very good, Xbox has only just now got started on offering similar value on what Sony has been doing For years. July PS+ for PS4 I think is Strider and Towerfall (awesome downloadable games).

Ive always been a Playstation fan and will never get a Xbox anymore not that its a bad system in any way Just the UI and the way Microsoft does things don't really work for me and what I want in a Gaming console. Also thanks for the replies looks like I can way a couple more months before Going next gen. I also checked out what games are coming out and most of whati want to play doesn't really come out till Sept/oct.
