Hmm.. my women attracting camaro magnet must have not kicked in yet. I don't seem to get much of anything you guys are talking about. I think I'll just take my camaro back to my dealer and tell them its defective. If they ask why I'll reply "Women don't seem to respond to it enough."

"passion is passion" my ass. It isn't the same. One is Loyalty, the other is called Flavor of the Month bandwagoning. I highly doubt even 10% (that's a generous number) of this population was dedicated to the cause of bringing back the Camaro, rather they jumped on board when they heard it was coming back, or decided to purchase after it came out.

I've been in a GM muscle car since I could drive. And win, lose, or draw, I will find myself in one for the rest of my life. C6 Z06 is next.

laugh out loud
Good for you dude!!!

The only loyalty to me that is worth thousands of dollars or more is my family. Dedicated to the cause? LMAO. Ok. There is no cause, Chevy made a winner with the gen 5 and that is why it is selling.

While I didn't buy the camaro for the women (I'm married) or because its a trend or flavor of the month (I typically avoid all things popular), I did buy it because I have always loved muscle cars, and I didnt want to wait 20-30 more years to inherit my fathers 69 z-28. The camaro is the best looking of all of the retro pony/muscle cars and was easily my favorite. If there was no camaro id be in a challenger right now.

Bottom line is, who cares why people buy them. This "bandwagoning" nonsense and a holier than thou attitude is a trip though. We get it, you are the coolest camaro owner and the rest of the world are just followers.

Haha, awesome!! Just this morning at about 1am I went to the local Walgreens. My buddy had to go get some stuff from there and I figured I'd get out just to politic for a bit. As I'm pulling into the parking lot some hott chick in very short tight shorts comes walking out and stares me down in the car and gives my a nice smile. Honestly couldn't believe it was happening. I was gonna kick it to her but I decided against it. If I were 10 years younger I would've went for it. But at 35 it's nice to simply get a look and a smile.

I like how this thread is like a bipolar conversation.

"My car gets all the chicks"
"It also gets all the dudes"
"A/S/L?"
"Bandwagoners"
"Umadbro?"
"Hey cuties"
"I like turtles"
"You're a jerk"
"I love you"
"So remember that one time, where this conversation started about how much attention this car brings?"

I feel like I got off a rollercoaster! It's great!

But, how much attention do you actually get in an area where there are other camaros? Where I am going to be, it seems like there are a few camaros. I saw at least one every single day...and that just sucks, I wanted to be unique! haha.

off topic (for clarification): the W's mean "Word". They are the "Microsoft Word" sign.
Purchase a Synergy Green Camaro... wait that color is no longer available..
