Adjusting the emergency brake on a 2013 LS

Looking for some guidance on adjusting the E brake on my 13 LS. I use the brake a lot as its a 6speed and i've noticed the travel is pretty high to get the brake to engage. Just turned the front OEM rotors and put on some red stuff pads from EBC that work great, thinking of doing the same in the rear but wanted to adjust the e brake at the same time if I need to while its apart. Any help would be great thanks!!
