Rick --- Neat landscape pictures !! The desert is so different from our plowed fields and timber. Glad it has finally warmed up for you.

Jan --- You guys have a little trouble when it snows. We have missed most of the snow this year.

Trick --- Speedweek would be a blast. Went to the 500 the year after Dales passing. Was a neat experience.

Richard --- Thanks for the B-Day wish. Looks like you guys have not had to much snow this year. If we get the 3-4" of snow this week-end, then I will have to get out "old smokey" our snow pushing/grass mowing tractor. Maybe I can get a picture.

Dianne --- Sorry for the loss of your friend. However, glad that you are able to be there to fulfill his final wishes.

I had a nice day today. Did a little shopping. Did not find the leather coat or sport bras I needed but hit the jackpot on boots on sale 75% off! Then we had a nice steak dinner at our favorite place. It is not looking good for being out & about tomorrow due to snow predicted. Here are a few of pics:

Your right John about the snow so far this year , we have not had too much . right now there is about 6 inches in the driveway that I will clean up at some point this wknd .

I like the look of these photos better. I think I've almost nailed this camera. The new filters helped, as did the SD card.

John - I attended my first Daytona 500 in 1969 and haven't missed one since. This year will be my 48th consecutive Daytona 500.

I only have to work 4 days this week. On Friday, we're going on a weekend getaway.

First snow/ice pellets then a break for a while, then bigger ice pellets for a while, then another break, then freezing rain gave everything a good coating, now changing over to rain, maybe but for sure by morning they say. That's Tennessee.

Got lucky this year - One of our sister companies hooked my son and me up with Hot Passes. My boss decided not to do the Motor Coaches this year but I still have the tow vehicle pass to park on the RV Site.

Plan is to head out around noon to try to make some home visits and an MD appt at 2:00. One clt says her driveway & sidewalk are still icy. I will check back in with her around 3:00. If not improved, forget that crap. Not worth a fall with already having back problems. I guess I'll hear results of my X-rays today.
