Sorry to hear about your Dad Janice. Even when the end is expected its never easy. I thought about you Rick when I heard about the earthquake this morning. Happy there was no damage. I had my Neck MRI on Saturday. I talked to my Chiropractor about the results today.

He described my neck as a train wreck. I have five herniated disks in it. He is amazed that I have that many bad disks having never been in major accident. He told me that he would not be doing his job without referring me to a neck and back surgeon for a consultation. Neither of us is convinced I need surgery since I am able to work and do most activities I enjoy right now but I will see what the specialist has to say. Ironically I have been feeling better recently and getting more sleep.

Thanks for the good thoughts, prayers & wishes for my dad everyone. I had a pretty busy day. Ended up being late for belly dancing class but even half that class is killer. Then my regular dance exercise class. Early to bed for me.

The Find New Roads Tour has a stop in Phoenix on Saturday, Nov 14. However, there is no such place as Phoenix National Speedway. Guess they mean INTERNATIONAL.

Is it worth going to? Any freebies? Offers? Cool stuff?

Found the Find New Roads link. Phoenix INTERNATIONAL Raceway is pretty close to me. It's the last stop of the tour on November 14.

You can get up close & very personal with the 2016 but the rest, meh, not so hot. Free hot dog, drink & chips & a cap.

If you find free time Saturday evening, try to make it to the McDonalds Rock and Roll Cruise at the Pavilions at Talking Stick. That is in Scottsdale at Indian Bend Road and the Loop 101. I should be there.

Good evening crew. Just another day. Unseasonably warm here today. Our drag race event rain date is this weekend. The forecast keeps changing. Not sure if it will rain again or not. Looking like we just might get it done this time unless the forecast changes again. Should be a good DA but likely a slick track.
