Sunday night at 9pm I was driving home from BWI and flew by a grey Charger going 110mph, I saw the spotlight and plate scanners a little too late. I hit the brakes and it sped up, went flying by me with its amber lights on and briefly flashed the red and blue. That was when I saw that it was a Texas plate in Maryland. He wanted to race! Couldn't believe it. He flew by :( I would love to have a conversation with him. Looked like a semi personal car.

Glad I am not the only one to see how creepy that is! If it were a white ford panel van I would have gone for a drive to the airport police station to verify that it was a LEO. THAT would be creepier.

I haven't been pulled over by anything strange but, in WA the State Patrol will drive almost anything. I've seen folks pulled over by F150s, Hummers, Toyotas, vans, anything. they use confiscated vehicles to do patrol work.

They have these north of Chicago in the suburbs of Highland Park. Never got pulled over by one but I laughed my ass off as one rode my ass in my big crewmax Tundra. I didn't know it was even behind me until I took off after a red light.

I had two black Humvees with 50 cals on top run me into the ditch on Norfolk Naval Base. They were driving straight at me and over an intercom yelling to get off the road. This was probably around 3 am in the morning and I was the only one on the road heading over to the air station side. Once they had me off the road a pristine white semi went by. The semi had no markings what so ever on it.
I assumed they were transporting a reactor to one of the carriers or subs on base.

When I lived there, Colorado Springs CO PD had a small fleet of Dodge Durangos and a Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. None of them had any markings and they all had the "cop tint".
They used the GTP to bait street racers for a while.
