Darrell is with Fox so he is not going anywhere. Their team remains intact.

The familiar booth of Mike Joy, Larry McReynolds and Darrell Waltrip will remain intact for Cup Series broadcasts. Chris Myers will continue to host the Cup Series pre-race show alongside Waltrip and his brother, Michael. Fox and Fox Sports 1 have the first 16 races of the season.

Well I just hope Jr. can win 1 Nascar championship before he runs out of time but Im not sure I can see that coming...

I kinda like the new chase format, there is no more just riding around collecting points. Also like some of the new rules, no more skirt gate, automated pit road rules ... Gonna be fun !!!

Come on NASCAR. Let's really change this sport. Might bring in more fans, help TV ratings, track attendance and make more money.

Wonder how things would be if each car had more than one driver. Maybe like 3 or 4 per car. Crew chief and owner would choose who drove the car depending on their skill for each track. It's a team sport, make it so the championship is more emphasized on a car/team. Not so much a driver. Let's face it, driving a race is not some gifted talent like being a great violinist, painter or a pitcher in baseball, or something like that. Lot's of people in this world could be good at driving a race car.
