I love how the guy is like "by completing a redesign after only 18 months we show our commitment to making the Malibu the best car it can be" when really be means "wow, we ****ed up 18 months ago. Hope we can still salvage something out of this piece of crap"

I actually think that looks insanely bad ass. I would buy that in a heart beat! That is way more aggressive looking than the upcoming SS sedan. Gm build this and you have a conquest of a ford guy, as long as it has better tail lights lol

It's a nice looking car but there is nothing Chevelle about that.

I agree, nothing chevelle about it, but to me that rendering looks awesome and is a car I would gladly buy from gm.

Not right now (and keep in mind this is only a photoshop by talented amateur). Though I think with properly styled headlights and taillights it could fit the bill nicely.

Well you can't say that in a press release.

one of my favorite four door cars. I love the looks. Chevy is really handling the competition with the vette, camaro, impala, and Malibu, Tahoe, silverado, even the cruze. has Chevy ever had so many great options. dang , they have a lot of cars now . All the credit in the world to GM and Chevy. Who else has that many great options . that v8 Malibu. is sweet I would definitely be interested. Definitely would grab one. Always wanted a 2006 to 2010 charger but this four door v8, would go home with me. The Malibu being Retro every car can't be retro I understand that because sells! nonetheless this is a sweet looking machine.

IMO they needed to redo the whole center stack. The rounded top and HVAC ducts were ugly when I first saw the Malibu 3 years ago.

Malibu's interior needs to be Impala-ized.
