I am guessing that my question was moved, I do not know where it is? I tried to do what you suggested but was told that it was a invalid file. anything else I can do? Thanks, Ron Tilley

Profile pictures or avatar pictures are limited to certain file types. I don't know off hand what they all are, but I know my picture has a .jpg extension. If you got a "invalid file" warning, then, more than likely, the picture you tried to down load was NOT a recognized and accepted file extension. My only suggestion is to open the picture using whatever photo editing software you have, then hit "save as", and choose the .jpg format.

Avatar's are also limited to a certain "maximum" picture size.
