How not to do business

Little rant here. Got up this afternoon to my furnace acting up. Called a place to see if they could come out today. The lady informed me everyone was busy and would call back. After over an hour I call back and get a answer machine. So I call someone else thinking they are ignoring me and cancel the other place getting the machine again. At about 5 the original place just shows up at the doorstep. Pretty much told em to get lost. Sorry.....lol

I own an HVACR business and I can tell you that you got lousy service. Even when we are busy with a lot of calls we still try to give you some kind of time frame. If it's during regular business hours you should never get a machine. Sorry for your bad experience.

yeah I just couldnt beleive they just came out without calling me first. Atleast the other guy was honest and told me it wouldnt be till morning.

If we know it's going to be awhile then we say about _______ o'clock then we also call before we are getting ready to come out.

Coolman, where in PA are you?

Do you do furnace replacements and gas log installations?

Yes we do everything. Juniata County is where we're at. Your a little out of our area for the residential division. We do have a cellular division that travels all over the state ,but that side gets paid well to do so. LOL

ah damn...I will be looking to update my furnace (the guy before me said it wouldnt pay out but he must be a moron cause I'm chewing through gas) and would have liked to give you business.
