Hey all I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention.
There is a group who is trying to get everyone organized to push for the return of Pontiac.I would appreciate it if everyone would at least take a look at the site and email the guy who is working on the site. Thanks. www.bringpontiacback.org |

What would be the purpose to bring back a failed business model?
The last thing people want or need to see is GM expanding again before they have fully stabilized.

Pontiac lost it's way and died, same as Saturn. Get the core of GM healthy again, then start thinking about novelty cars with Pontiac badging.

GM doesn't really have enough in the lineup right now to fill an entire "excitement" division with models. Other than the G8, all of the models in the later years where just FWD sedans. That problem still exists at the moment. I'd rather Pontiac made nothing than see the brand cheapened with badge engineered Aveos, Cobalts, and minivans.

![]() All of you know my opinion on this matter. No point whatsoever. For the time being, at least.

If I started a petition asking GM to give everyone in North America $1000 I bet lots would sign on ... doesn't mean they'd go through with it though.

Hey, if the Chinese or Swedish wouldn't buy Pontiac, it's done. Stick a fork in it!
