The Bills have both of them on the sched. so they can look after head to head tie breakers

The Ravens are week one and they should be good and angry after choking in the playoffs

BTW the Bills own the Chiefs in the regular season

The Bills are only second to the Chiefs in regular season wins since 2019 and Third behind the Ravens by one win since 2018 when JA17 joined the Bills

He is nuts if he thinks Beane is giving him 15m

1)He plays 50% of the snaps

2) He couldn't or can't block pass rushers

3) He is not the third best back in the league(which 15m equates to)

IMHO he is a 8.5m to 10m back and if he wants 15m he will be in a different uniform next year.

Ball out James the team your playing for this year wants a SB and if you deliver some one will pay you what you want but it won't be the Bills.

More on the James Cook situation WGR 55 radio the local sports station that has the Bills rights did an online poll about the situation.

A) Pay Cook 11m per year(53%)

B) Use a round 2 pick in 2026 to fill his spot (47%)

SB Nation Buffalo Rumblings is running the same poll as GR55's is now closed

A)51%

B)49%

My take on this is that I voted A on both polls and my reasoning is this my scale for him is 8m to 10.5m

500k is not going to break the bank on this and its better than 15m plus

Making him a top 10 paid RB is not an issue to me I think that is where he slots in with his growing ability as he has steadily improved over his first three years taking a big leap forward last year.

But top 3 money is out of the question as that extra 5m could get us 2 or 3 or even 5 bottom of the roster guys at league minimum and some could even be worth while replacements for "Jimbo"

WR Treylon Burks has been cut by the Titans after missing most of last year year with an ACL tear he broke his collar bone the first week of camp this year.

Most of that is disgruntled players not getting over paid by Miami.

About tyreek, truth hurts. He’s a POS person, but he’s one of the best WR in the nfl right now. That’s not changing.

Overall, none of that has to do with the talent they have. Is this power ranking about kumbaya and singing by a campfire?

I really, really really would like to see Cook stay with the Bills past this year. But he's delusional if he thinks he's getting $15 mil here. I think he's got the potential to be just outside of the top 5 backs (Barkley, Henry, Robinson, Gibbs, Jacobs). He's as dangerous a runner as there is in the open field and has really improved as a receiver. He could probably handle a little bigger workload, but that's just not how the Bills' offense works so he's just not going to get 350 touches. I hope that winning a Super Bowl changes his perspective, but I think that would just validate his demands in his mind. Some non-playoff team will probably overpay him, but either way we'll be ok.
